How I Improved Employee Satisfaction

As franchisees, we are all tolled with dealing with predefined systems and operations. One thing that we do have a lot of control over is who we hire. Employees are the front-line face of my business. Therefore, I make sure that my team is satisfied with work and feels that they are valuable.
