What does it take to make a franchise work?
October 29, 2007 – 7:38 pmAfter a recent conference it was widely accepted that the way to make a franchise work was to work 60-80 hours a week, and do everything yourself because no one will care about it as much as you will.Â
 To me… that seems ridiculous? Am I the only one?
