WOW,
I’m glad you’ve finally responded. I welcome open discussion unlike you two that want internet censorship. I resent that you say there is only 1 person with several differnt names. Postive comments have not been deleted. There just hasn’t been very many. Hey when 75% of your franchises close and you can’t even keep your Waco store open then you have problems. Let’s talk about censorship. What kind of relationship did you have with the startup princess? Was she another relative? I mean when negative comments started on that site, discussion was suddenly ended. Let the prospective franchisees see this discussion. Ask Julie if her brother still runs their website and charges outrageous monthly fees and very seldom updates the site? Ask the owners if their husbands still sell the merchandise to the stores? Ask the owners about their very comfortable lifestyle when I lost all of my investment and still struggle to this day. Well at least you responded on this site, unlike the phone calls you wouldn’t return when I was in trouble.

What?!?
I use the name BS because that is what YCA is….a bunch of BS!!!!! I agree with only one quote from the owners: “passionate and committed to our mission”. They are passionate and committed to their mission of taking all your hard earned savings and you watching it go down the toliet. Not once did they offer any help….they didn’t even return phone calls. They didn’t attend the grand opening like they stated they would in the contract. I felt like they took our money, told us what we needed to buy from them and then turned their backs on us. We almost had to file bankruptcy and almost lost our home. I find it funny that they are down to 43 stores in the USA….the numbers should tell you something!!!!
Ok,not sure what they are trying to do. They keep on posting the same statement. Funny, I haven’t been on this site in a while. Like FJ said this discussion had run it’s course and Julie and Suzy get in here and now this board is up and running. Disturbing what they say about the law catching up with those who post on here. Sounds like censorship to me. Very Scary!
